SAP Support Pack 24 Issue

Symptoms: Executing Non-Batch Input uploads no longer work. Upload results show Success with no additional messages. No changes are made in SAP.
Cause: In SAP BASIS 7.00 Support Pack 24, additional security checks are performed in the function modules ERP² utilizes for non-batch input uploads. Unless the necessary changes have been made at a client level, non-batch input uploads will appear to be successful however no changes will be made.
Resolution: The resolution for this issue is to change the CATT and eCATT Restrictions for all the clients where ERP² will be used. The following steps describe the process to change the restriction for one client.
1. Go into Transaction Code SCC4.
2. Go into change mode by clicking the Display -> Change button.
3. Double click on the client you wish to alter.
4. Change the "CATT and eCATT Restrictions" value to "eCATT and CATT Allowed".
